One of several national opportunities open to TFTCT participants is the A/B Honor Roll, which recognizes participants for their success in the classroom.

Eagle Level participant Chase Skrubis began building clubs for local children in 2010 and his hard work and dedication have resulted in over 60 sets of clubs since then. The First Tee of Connecticut's staff and Board of Directors wish to thank Chase for his support and congratulate him on his success.

Two TFTCT members were recently named as National The First Tee Scholars for 2010

TFTC members Louise Lisboa and Robert Inahuazo were both recently awarded college scholarships through their affiliation with The First Tee of Connecticut.

On Monday, March 5, 2007, former TFTC member and current Waterbury Team assistant coach Joe Wall was featured in the national newspaper USA Today.
